Role-Program Leader HR (Workday Implementation)

Location Gurugram / Noida / Hyderabad / Chennai

Key Responsibilities

• Workday Management & HR Support Configure and maintain Workday modules, lead EIB mass loads, reporting, and security administration; collaborate with HR/global teams, review policies, support contracts, governance, compliance, and vendor management.
• Risk, Analysis & Process Optimization Maintain trackers, perform audits, conduct root cause analysis, ensure compliance, manage external counsel/vendors, and provide strategic support across employment law, corporate advisory, stakeholder engagement, and global operations.

Should have detailed, hands on experience into below modules:

• Business process configuration
• Security
• Recruitment
• Compensation
• EIB
• Reports
• Talent
• Time and Absence
• Calculated fields

Qualifications & Skills:

• 7+ years overall experience, 5+ years in Workday (2+ years implementation) .
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, SaaS design, Workday security, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Success Criteria: Expertise in Workday HCM, EIB, reporting, and employment law compliance; ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
